To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日飯我最鍾意來紫竹林 ^0^ 這裡的食物是純素，最重要是充滿愛、祝福和溫暖，氣場好好，食完好舒服，充滿能量。夫復何求！仲可以特別要求師傅幫忙做一個似生日旦糕嘅生果盤 ^0^ 超級窩心，健康又美味 :）每次必食之選 ~ 越式米紙卷（清新），炒金邊粉（彈牙），沙薑手撕菇（嫩滑），天婦羅（香口），招牌叉燒（嘢味)...最近必食之選 ~ 純素蒸旦，材料天然健康，其他地方未見過㗎，個個食過都讚不絕口！！！飯後最期待嘅係師傅做嘅愛心糖水，真材實料，甜而不膩，清潤又窩心 ^0^外賣必選之ㄧ，招牌叉燒，買返屋企與家人分享，可以用嚟淥麵、炒菜，好開胃！健康美味純素中餐必選~觀塘紫竹林素食^0^
