有一段時間沒食日本菜了,今次就同朋友搵到呢間係旺角的鮨心,可以靜靜地享受和風美食了!餐廳以木、麻為主,設計簡約好和式,而且空間感十足,坐位舒適,令人心情變得輕鬆,食起野上黎特別開心。大家都係放工過來,都感到肚餓了,所以好快決定到食啲咩。首先有厚燒玉子,食落好香蛋味,而且帶有少少柚子味,感覺清新。果然係厚燒,咬落好有口感,而且都幾滑!呢個係吞拿魚他他,曬上黑芝麻的吞拿魚肉,食落鮮味之餘仲帶有少少芝麻香,而且肉質好滑。中間放滿淋上酸酸醬汁的新鮮沙律菜同青瓜絲,開胃得黎感覺好Fresh。啖啖肉鮮甜牡丹蝦刺身,連殼都幫你剝埋,真係細心。香口好食的雜錦天婦羅,有兩條又大條又多肉的蝦,味道鮮味,另外仲有其他常見的蔬菜,好新鮮,味道清甜,即叫即炸熱辣辣,食落juices唔會炸到乾晒,點少少加左白蘿蔔蓉的天婦羅汁,真係好食。燒得好香的鹽燒牛舌,非常厚身,咬落多汁!吱少少檸檬汁食,更能突出牛舌濃厚的牛味。另外還叫了三款手卷分叫係香辣金槍魚手卷、香蔥碎金槍魚腩手卷及軟殼蟹手卷。米飯好食,口感軟身,粒粒分明。紫菜脆而不韌,而且手卷還加了新鮮的菜同青瓜絲,食落沒咁單調。香蔥碎金槍魚腩,口感好滑,食落帶有香蔥味

鮨心食物質素不錯,食材新鮮,擺盤又靚,連餐具都十分出色。而且餐廳環境清靜舒適,係三五知己聚餐的好地方!
