To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好食 分量足 但湯底味道有啲飄忽

我諗好多人都會食過譚，以前我食開都係清湯同茄湯，係自從試過朋友個酸辣湯就愛上咗。三哥啲米線同配料對我嚟講不嬲都算足，不過係爭在個湯底。同一間舖頭唔同時間去個湯底嘅味道有時都差得幾遠。記得上次去食係偏鹹，要加水落去溝淡佢。而今次食就偏辣，要飲返幾杯凍水先可以無咁辣。之前喺青衣同元朗嘅三哥都遇過咧個情況，原本仲以為連鎖店啲分量應該差唔多，唔會差太遠timoverall嚟講唔太差嘅，不過喺湯底個QC方面可能要改善下～

夜晚飽飽地唔係太想食飯, 朋友話想食米線, 一於去附近既譚仔三哥食因為時間唔係太夜, 所以我地三個人唔係等左好耐就坐低左, 我要左正常吧米線, 朋友就要左個過橋米線, 另外黎三哥點可以唔嗌小食, 所以我地都要左一個尖椒皮蛋同口水汁豬耳朋友碗過橋米線黎左, 黎遠已經聞到個三哥酸辣既湯底, 雖然係好大碗, 但係肚餓既時候一個人食晒成碗都幾爽小食都無令我地失望, 皮蛋好香, 豬耳好爽下次都會繼續黎
