近排疫情回落,身邊朋友都蠢蠢欲動。今晚唯有拾命陪君子食餐飯聚一聚。餐廳以點心做招牌,同時有各款小菜熱葷。種類花款都幾多,任君選擇。裝修走中國風,一睇就知格調以復古,傳統作賣點。避風塘糯米蟹。外型趣緻,入口酥脆糯米軟腍,雖然乾咗少少但惹味程度足夠彌補。豉汁帶子蒸豆腐。健康菜式不二之選,味道清淡但有豉汁加持,係眾多小菜中為味蕾得以放鬆。瑤柱鮮蝦菜苗餃。菜曲餃餡料豐富,餃皮食落爽口,配埋彈牙鮮蝦,值得再ENCORE。杞子鮮蝦燒賣。燒賣大大粒,蝦肉同豬肉比例啱啱好,當中嘅豬油香令食落更順喉。好食。翡翠石斑蒸餃。大大塊斑塊鋪面,一啖入口都夠晒滿足,魚肉嫰滑一啲都唔腥,北菇紅棗煲仔飯。份量十足夠晒每人一碗。絲苗米粒粒粒分明,吸收咗紅棗及雞汁之後惹味中帶香甜。雖然食完各款點心都接近7成飽,但絕對忍唔到口都要食佢,哈哈。原隻鮑魚雞粒酥。招牌之一嘅鮑魚酥,味道濃郁,雞粒餡料紮實。鮑魚入味鬆軟,好食。可愛小錦鯉。飯得甜點唔會太漏,桂花凍凍地嘅啫喱口感透心涼。燕窩蛋撻。招牌之二食落蛋撻皮鬆化,餡料香甜奶滑,上面鋪滿燕碎,未入口已經覺得滋補養顏。為今餐劃上完滿句號。 飯後大家都馬上戴返口罩,守好規矩,希望疫後
