深知肥肥家族擁有饞嘴基因,同樣嗜飲好食嘅親友一有新發現都不忘推介,今期就搞咗次大食會,一試雲集潮州菜、上海菜、京川菜等不同中菜嘅「尚座」。地舖嘅螢光招牌於新寧道上十分鮮明。門外貼出嘅套餐餐牌似乎係想吸引商務貴客。用餐大堂光線充裕,簡潔企理,唯一洗手間就有待改善。十人派對被安排於廂房內進行,有專人招待,私隱度高,個電動轉盤仲可以自己轉。貴客如欲自攜佳釀,開瓶費設於$200/樽標準裝紅、白、汽酒,絕對係良心價!菜單早已預先訂好。桌上擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具,個鴨仔筷子座好菂薂別緻。小葱海蜇頭:爽脆嘅海蜇頭酸甜醒胃。宮廷煙燻素鵝:腐皮冷盤賣相吸睛,正當長輩們讚賞齋菜爽潤不油膩時,小肥卻嫌其味道過份清淡,明顯大家口味有所不同。魚子醬溏心蛋:以魚子醬點綴嘅溏心蛋蛋鮮濃有彈性,不過食落好似有陣煙燻味,蕃薯uncle話應該係之前食嗰件素鵝嘅煙味仍留喺口中所造成,姑且信佢一次吧。老陳醋鎮江餚肉:前菜中,個人覺得層次分明且潤而不膩嘅鎮江餚肉最為清新可口。花雕醉雞:醉雞嘅花雕味醇香不過火,肉質軟腍,雞皮都好柔滑,皮下脂肪不多,輕盈健康之選。招牌潮州翅:或許過份期待吧,成晚最失望反而係個翅翅,因為湯底比市內
