俾蟹粉野呃咗黎嘅我.....都覺得都幾好丫!傻傻嘅我,成日上網睇咗就意為真,論Fact check嘅重要性....蟹粉小籠包係呢度招牌餸,但有季節性㗎嘛!我見人貼就黎咗,雖然佢重有炸豬排出名,但難掩失望,重叫哂人陪我食,好彩佢地唔知咋😆叫咗好多餸,當中有好有壞,聽好消息定壞消息先丫?不如先苦後甜,由難食講起,幫你地排雷!第一位酸菜魚!嘩!用雪藏魚柳...做法一嘀都唔正宗,真係好少食到用魚柳做酸菜魚,又厚又唔入味,唔麻唔酸,um....只可以講放得入口填飽個肚其實醉雞唔算好差,只係冇咩酒味,可能都係一間老少咸宜嘅菜館,酒味唔濃比較啱一家大細,但佢好抵食,大碟㗎!又唔肥,冇一舊舊脂肪連住,你知啦!凍食隻雞太肥,鯨住嘀脂肪,睇住都有罪惡感咁到讚啦喎!炸豬排出色!厚厚嘅豬排炸到金黃色,豬排紋理清晰,肉汁豐富炸醬薄又炸得香脆,好食到立即追加!好唔好食,身體最誠實了吧!鱔糊炒得好食,條理分明,火候啱啱好,冇過火,仍然彈牙!黃鱔營養非常豐富,而且滋補,有益氣補血、行血,有時見到我都會叫!年紀開始大,一見到嘀補野特別上頭,好似對自己盡下人事咁小籠包都招牌呀!佢係好傳統舊式嗰隻小籠包,包皮比較厚,入邊充

坦白講,我覺得呢種程度厚嘅皮,係我小時候嘅味道,但家下大家追求被越來越薄,湯汁越來越多,
我已經俾時代嘅洪流同化,愛上超薄皮,但!我知道呢種係最貼近細個食隻味!冇對錯,只係啱唔啱你口味!

呢間上海野,係傳統嘅!佢嘅招牌菜做得出色已經好足夠,炸豬排的確一絕!價錢又大眾化,如果有機會真係要試佢嘅蟹粉伴麵同小籠包,好厚好多蟹粉,
同好多日本人識去食,嘀蟹粉相多數日本人貼,佢哋點知窿路呢?好好奇呀!
