天氣乍暖還寒,週末的中午決定來一趟壽喜燒位於登龍街上的日式門面,在整條食街中,份外搶鏡餐廳以木作主要裝修,大方樸實,很有日本傳統感覺除了一般的卡位外,更有令人有如置身日本的榻榻米座位刺身四點拼盤有三文魚、帆立貝、牡丹蝦及海膽刺身新鮮肥美,份量絕不欺場!肥厚的帶子上面放滿了鹹香的三文魚子火炙和牛經過火炙後增添了焦香,牛肉嫰滑這清爽冷盤小菜,搭配酸汁, 油香滿溢又酸胃壽喜燒套餐首先有前菜精品盛,三款都清新開胃,刺激了大家的食慾壽喜燒依關西傳統方法烹調,全由有專人即席代客涮牛烹煮,服務周到一開始先將牛油均勻塗抹,加上醬油調味,再放進洋蔥絲爆香豪洲純和牛牛味重,肉香不肥膩,輕輕在鍋上熨一熨甘香可口A3和牛油脂分佈均勻,入口軟嫩即溶,沾上生蛋黃食更為潤滑野菜拼盤內有茼萵、鮮冬菇、豆腐、京葱等,再加些蒟蒻絲吸收湯之美味最後將烏冬放下鍋同炒,沾上和牛及秘製燒汁的香味深慶得人甜品為北海道牛乳布丁,口感滑溜,奶香濃厚,甜而不膩
