今日同閨蜜化身為偽文青去葵涌學Calligraphy ,順道explore下葵涌嘅美食!差唔多七點嚟到呢間小店,排左一陣隊就由熱情嘅姐姐安排我地坐係高枱嘅位置。疫情期間尤其冇左晚市堂食少左機會食壽司同魚生,朝思暮想得好辛苦,九秒九先order個由廚師發板嘅十貫極上壽司!海膽同帶子好新鮮好甜、拖羅肥美、仲有鮑魚,牡丹蝦好有誠意上面仲有海葡萄,盛惠 $168!性價比極高!黑松露鯛魚薄切都好值得推介!上碟個plating 同中間朵魚生花勁靚,根本係幅畫嚟嘅!我地食嘅時候勁斯文因為唔想ruin佢!原本以為黑松露咁重口味會冚過魚生鮮味,但食落又唔係,鯛魚爽口彈牙,仲傳來微微菊花香,喺味覺嘅享受~鐵板牛肉煎鵝肝卷十分香口,加埋炸蒜冇得彈!我哋仲order左蟹子沙律、明太子雞翼同芝士年糕,食完既滿足又感動。本身好想食玉子燒但售罄,咁咪有藉口下次再嚟囉💁🏻♀️
