同吃貨朋友約定每月一聚,食好西,好好慰勞一下自己(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)呢間新開嘅串燒omakase價錢唔太貴,而且地點方便。設有套餐及單點,能同時滿足到有選擇困難症及有主見的食客~點了10串set。十串分別為:雞柳、雞胸、雞腎、雞腿、雞尾、自家製免治雞肉、帆立貝三文魚籽、和牛西冷、生麩磯邊燒及時令蔬菜。打頭陣的雞柳串燒,燒至八成熟但口感不會過生,肉質結實,且保留肉汁,配上魚子醬、wasabi,味道好刺激!雞胸外皮燒得香脆且實肉,口感滿滿!帆立貝三文魚籽,味道鮮甜,加上三文魚籽淡淡嘅醬油香味,口感一流。味噌白蘿蔔,蘿蔔煮得非常入味,很不錯。沖繩酸拌海藻,大推,配在中段食可一解燒物的油膩感~雞腿串燒,燒得剛好,有肉汁亦口感十足。生麩磯邊燒,類似年糕般嘅質感配上燒汁、芝士及紫菜,這個組合無得輸呢~和牛串燒油脂豐富,很和味!最後嘅甜品都很好有驚喜,夾餡雪糕,係威士忌酒口味,雪糕有淡淡酒香,很不錯~整體而言,餐廳食物質素高,而且價錢較大眾化,侍應服務周到,會再光顧的(*¯︶¯*)
