今晚過開去勝利道,見都夜喇,又肚餓,就係附近搵野食。見到龍德樓有好多港式美食,好似煲仔飯、燉湯等等、價格非常便宜。咁啱仲餐廳仲推出埋全新冬季煲仔飯及燉湯,立即吸引咗我入去喇。雪梨海底椰燉赤肉燉湯好足料,一啲都唔馬虎。雪梨味超強,再加上海底椰同無火花嘅味道,超清甜潤喉。杏汁菜膽燉白肺湯面帶少少杏仁油,啖啖香味、入口好滑,豬肺真係清洗得好乾淨、白雪雪,有口感,唔會太腍,而且好足料,一盅有成5件咁多,好抵食。上湯魚肚浸勝瓜依道菜除咗主角嘅魚肚同勝瓜,仲有蝦干同豬肉碎,令湯嘅味道更加鮮甜。魚肚份量都好多,而且吸哂上湯,非常鮮味。鮑魚花膠尚品煲超級豐富嘅尚品煲。主角嘅鮮鮑同花膠當然唔少得啦,煲裏面仲有魚柳、帶子、鮮魷、大蝦、花菇、豆卜同西蘭花。完全食到哂食材嘅鮮味。而豆卜更吸收哂所有材料嘅精華。誠意推介俾大家。臘味鴛鴦腸煲仔飯最後當然要食埋煲仔飯啦。冬季煲仔飯首選,必然係臘味鴛鴦腸煲仔飯。五花腩臘肉超邪惡,但果種油香,真係無法抗拒同抵檔。臘腸同膶腸都非常鮮味,整體來講都好出色。
