Walking upon the restaurant, there was a long lineup, which was a good sign. We were fortunate enough to have our booking arranged beforehand, so we got led to our table right away. We were trying out their Christmas menu today, so we were anticipating a variety of different Korean dishes. There were already four kinds of small appetizer dishes on the table (just like many other Korean restaurants). First dish came was a fried chicken cheese fondue. It was an interesting concept, never try that
We were trying out their Christmas menu today, so we were anticipating a variety of different Korean dishes. There were already four kinds of small appetizer dishes on the table (just like many other Korean restaurants).
First dish came was a fried chicken cheese fondue. It was an interesting concept, never try that before. The texture of the fried chicken was nice, two flavors. The fondue was not the traditional one with white wine. This was just straight cheese, so it was quite dense.
Second was the Korean beef for BBQ. There were three different cuts of meat. Out of the three, the strip-loin was the most tender after grilled. It just melted in our mouths.
The dish followed was beef sashimi on rice. It was something new for us. Raw beef was placed on top of a bed of rectangle rice, with some sort of mayonnaise dressing on top.
Then came two glasses of cotton candy cream soda with milk. Photogenic for sure.

Afterward came along the hot pot with marinated baby octopus and pork skin. The soup was well-balanced and the fish cakes were tender.
Last but not least, we had the snow beef soup. It was soothly to end the meal with some hot soup. We like this soup alot.
