離開九龍灣就會掛住九龍灣,今日約番九龍灣朋友,約定喺大家都想試好耐嘅Terrace in seaside見面,原來呢度係食韓式西餐。韓國菜又點少得人蔘,而最近呢度就有一系列用人蔘做食材嘅餐飲。秀色蔘香飯卷就係將平時食開嘅韓式飯卷加入咗粒粒人蔘碎,混合起來滲透住淡淡蔘香,但又唔會太濃烈。配合返雞蛋、菠菜、蘿蔔等食材,有人蔘香味之餘仍然保留住韓式飯卷嘅味道。肉醬芝士千層麵層次分明,鹹香之中又帶點甜,係我最鍾意嘅味道。人蔘做甜品,我第一時間諗起人蔘糖,真係冇諗過可以變成Tiramisu。花蔘綻放提拉米蘇用一個玻璃樽承載,個名已經夠哂靚,令人幻想無限,原來仲係雪花秀做主題。Tiramisu入面層次分明,並以人蔘取代咖啡嘅味道,甘甘甜甜非常欣賞。現場好多人都order嗰杯原個香橙飲品,不過我哋就選擇咗期間限定嘅人蔘系列。雪白人蔘冰沙類似一杯奶昔。上面已經有原支人蔘,整體感覺就係香、貼、滑。另外就揀咗一杯熱飲,人蔘泡泡咖啡可以話係一杯人蔘Cappuccino,人蔘同咖啡嘅味道相當balance,下次路過都可以order一杯。
