I must bring my foreigner friends over to this shop next time. This was a great try and the food quality was fantastic, let me elaborate here.1) Beef Brisket & Tendons: The beef was very juicy and soft which is the texture I really like. The sauce for the beef was not too salty and with a very good aroma. 2) Wanton: They were HUGE, and the shrimp inside was fresh too. However, if you eat the Wanton noodles (with soup seperated) , then you might find it a bit dry.3) Noodles: I think they were the

3) Noodles: I think they were the best noodles i have ate in Wan Chai District, totally no "soap water" taste, which always happens in these kind of 竹昇麵。 And indeed we ordered 撈麵 which makes it have one more batch of noodles than just noodle in soup. So I enjoyed it so much.
4) Soup: The soup was great, with an aroma of fish. And i wondered what kind of fish was that, so i did an online search and found that it was SHARK. Apparently it does good to your bones. (http://www.chinesetoday.com/big/article/792136)
