其實我A姐一直都好鍾意以前叫漢城嘅首爾㗎,因為呢個名真係好似好有詩意,如果今時今日仲係叫漢城,唔知呢間舖頭會唔會叫首爾家韓國料理Seoul House呢?!哈哈!有留意開我哋嘅都知,我哋最鍾意食嘅一定係打邊爐,而我最鍾意去嘅一定係韓國餐廳,係呀!因為讓眼睛都去轉韓國嘛!不過,呢間餐廳以女服務員為主,所以我今日可以好專心食嘢喇!呢間餐廳除咗其中一個店員之外,全部都係韓國人,所以台面上嘅墊枱紙都有簡單韓文,等你可以手指指同韓國人簡單交流。叫完嘢食,即刻為你送上6碟泡菜,我鍾意一定係芽菜,條條脆卜卜又好入味!而最驚喜就係甜薯仔,薯仔好夠粉,好清新醒胃呀!燒烤:醃牛肋骨 - 一條長長嘅醃牛肋骨上枱,你知我A姐㗎啦,最鍾意就係長嘅嘢,越長越鍾意㗎啦!除咗夠份量,脂肪紋理夠哂平均,店員仲會幫你燒埋。不過,店員會幫你燒得較為熟,想生啲,就要自己攞返個主導權喇。醃牛肋骨嘅醬汁微甜,夠晒入味,肉味同醃嘅味道好match,入口充滿肉汁,唔錯。燒烤:五花肉 - 好多塊五花肉呀,食完一定變Heavy A呀!輕輕一烤嘅五花肉變得金黃色,好靚呀!認真一數,原來真係有五層㗎!肥肉嘅部分好爽脆,肉質好新鮮,食落口唔覺
