潮流興養生,今日約咗個灣仔返工嘅朋友食飯,佢就帶我嚟咗呢一間佢平日lunch成日去嘅椰粉湯紅食番個健康餐。店舖面積唔算大,朋友話午市時段次次都座無虛席,而且好多附近返工嘅人嚟買外賣。餐牌上嘅菜式用料方面都比較健康,價格相宜,仲免收加一。每週都有唔同嘅湯水。竹絲海南雞椰香飯套餐會配埋是日食療湯水同一碟蔬菜。朋友力推呢個竹絲海南雞飯,開頭我聽到係竹絲雞就有啲驚,因為平時竹絲雞最多都係煲下湯,我未試過食隻黑色嘅雞,不過一放入口印象就完全唔同晒,因為肉質比起平時食開嘅雞更加彈牙,係真心好食!椰香飯係用海南雞汁撈過嘅飯,比起出面食嘅油飯健康啲。蔬菜係菜芯,煮得夠淋,啱哂我。平時出面嘅湯通常都偏鹹,但我覺得呢個湯應該冇乜落鹽,我就好鍾意,因為更加能夠品嚐到湯料嘅原汁原味,飲完都覺得好滋潤。另外仲叫咗個豬頸肉蛋包飯,因為呢個本身唔係套餐,所以我哋就加咗蔬菜同飲品。豬頸肉切得薄薄的,咁就可以淺嘗肉類又唔會食得太多,包住飯嘅蛋煮得啱啱好唔會過熟,再配埋南瓜、粟米、秋葵同蕃茄,配搭健康。朋友堅持話要食秋葵,我起初都唔太鍾意秋葵滑潺潺嘅感覺,不過佢叫我試一條之後,入口覺得幾清新又爽口,又真係幾好食喎,我仲一
