早幾日去咗石門附近搵嘢食,見到呢間舖,跟手即刻睇吓openrice,啲評語都幾好,於是就入去試吓。間舖坐落去個感覺嘅舒服,有啲cafe feel。叫咗個蠔湯、鴨肝多士、蠔肉黑松露雜菌意大利飯同菠菜忌廉帶子天使麵。先講個蠔湯,本身期望會係好濃味、好香;但上到枱時感覺一般,偏淡,反而佢塊多士幾香牛油味同脆口。然後到鴨肝配多士,配搭上個味道都幾濃,似鵝肝(*不過應該係調返轉,出面食到嘅餐廳其實用鴨肝扮鵝肝,所以先會覺得似鵝肝)。放喺多士上面食,一軟一硬嘅口感幾好,同埋件鴨肝幾滑,唔錯,值得一試。之後到其中一款主菜:菠菜忌廉帶子天使麵,個麵幾creamy,不過食唔到菠菜味,(有機會喺忌廉太重蓋過咗),天使麵上面嗰幾粒帶子煎得幾香口,兩面都脆,而中間仲係軟身,👍最後到蠔肉黑松露雜菌意大利飯,呢個飯堅正。先係上面四隻炸蠔,但唔老,真係好脆內軟,同埋上碟時都熱。而個飯食落去好香黑松露味道,同埋飯粒唔係全軟身,食落口有啲煙韌又有咬口嘅感覺,so 👍總括嚟講可以返啅再試👌

最後到蠔肉黑松露雜菌意大利飯,呢個飯堅正。先係上面四隻炸蠔,但唔老,真係好脆內軟,同埋上碟時都熱。而個飯食落去好香黑松露味道,同埋飯粒唔係全軟身,食落口有啲煙韌又有咬口嘅感覺,so 👍
