今天天文台開放日,遊覽完畢,就近到美麗華商場吃過下午茶。So Thai So Good 雖以泰菜掛帥,但並未留有很強的泰式風味,相反,餐廳走新派路線為主,從其裝潢及提供的 High Tea 服務便可知一二。店內裝潢頗為別緻,並予人悠閒感。因臨近復活節,店內亦多了相關節日裝飾。一行三人兩大一小,為免麻煩,即選了一份二人用的 High Tea Set,再追加兩款前菜小吃。金蝦配秘製醬汁伴蕃茄沙律(另加):秘製醬汁惹味並帶點芥末辛辣味道,金蝦經油泡脆口,幾好食。蕃茄沙律製作簡單,但勝在夠甜夠嫩。泰式三文魚他他配薄多士(另加):香茅檸汁口味特別,和三文魚他他食味很合襯,是一道不俗的風味前菜。煙三文魚紫洋蔥多士:煙三文魚食味合預期,無乜特別。紫洋蔥給力不足。多士已走氣過硬不合格。鴨肝醬配自家製麵包:鴨肝醬口感滑身,肝香濃郁度中等。麵包當中夾入兩片口感爽脆食味清新的青瓜片,有助平衡肝醬膩感。脆炸蝦餅配泰式辣醬:蝦餅炸得脆囗彈牙,製作不俗。豬肉沙嗲串:肉串質感腍中見彈性,只是沙嗲醬略感不足,點蘸上來亦不夠方便。泰式脆香雞翼:香茅味突出,雞翼酥脆多汁。單枝骨雞翼易於品嚐。自家製薯角伴香辣芝士蛋黃醬:芝
