打咗半日衛生麻雀,XO仔食咗人生中的第一舖地糊,明顯意猶未盡,晚餐同班牌友要去跑馬地食埋「大四囍」先感到滿足。位於昌明街頂嘅「大四囍」灰磚拼金漆招牌嘅門面好似古裝片啲客棧咁,雙囍嘅木門尤其到題。室內並無花巧之裝潢,以木為主嘅間隔簡潔乾爽,簡單嘅吊燈同弧形木門已散發出中國風味。用餐大堂約有六張二至六人散枱,因當晚已坐滿八成食客,不好拍照。弧形木門身後原來設有兩間私人廂房,右方嗰間可容納上八人,最低消費額為$600/位。左邊較大嗰間則為$800/位。每位席上都擺有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具。十二頁餐牌早已有人上載,故電話訂座時亦懂得預訂招牌菜式。得知店子未領有酒牌,嘻嘻,暫時開瓶費全免喎,當然係放心自攜佳釀啦!金沙鮮魷($158):始終第一次食地糊太興奮,見人就講,電話亦忙個不停,第一道菜上枱時竟然唔記得咗影相,好在記得嗰陣都唔遲,仲有四件喺碟,Ken哥哥仲好人到轉咗隻乾淨碟話可以影得靚仔啲,認真唔話得!金沙鮮魷層炸皮香脆,鮮魷亦十分爽彈,用上嘅咸蛋黃份量恰到好處,惹味得黎完全唔會過咸。椒鹽鮑魚($88/隻;兩隻起):意外地,椒鹽鮑魚香口有嚼勁,一啲都唔韌,鮮味濃郁,送酒佳品也!潮州紅燒翅(推廣
