突然有種心血來潮想食馬來西亞菜,二人套餐較抵食只需$366,而且選擇種類都幾多,可以自由搭配。椰漿飯配馬來生炸雞髀,雞髀炸得熱辣辣脆卜卜,雞皮一咬就有超脆既聲音,雞髀肉唔乾身,做到鎖住肉汁無流失,辣醬味道會偏辣少少,我覺得加落雞髀到黎食好正,飯粒有陣陣椰香味。馬來甘香海鮮天使麵,需要加$28,天使麵炒得夠香夠入味,帶有少少辣夠惹味,海鮮之中蝦嫩滑彈牙,青口亦飽滿大隻。小食拼盤,自選三款,揀左馬拉盞一口蝦多士、參巴水牛城雞槌、馬拉盞魷魚圈,醬汁有兩款,辣醬和類似甜酸醬,雞槌同樣炸得夠嫩有肉汁,魷魚圈外層酥脆,內裏爽口彈牙。班蘭咖央多士,食星馬泰菜必點既咖央多士,方包烘得好脆,這店咖央放入左牛油,好邪惡但好食能勝於一切。美祿山,先飲一啖飲品再舀一匙羹美祿直接放入口,雙倍濃郁味道好滿足。檳榔島敍雜果賓治,非常清甜解渴,生果有幾多款就數唔到,但一邊飲一邊食生果粒好有口感。香烤薄餅配辣茄雞件($68),再點多一款小食,辣茄醬其實唔算太辣,好岩唔食得辣既客人,雞件其實係雞槌咁大件,炸得香脆,薄餅一定要趁熱食,放涼左就會開始變硬。
