今日嚟到銅鑼灣皇室堡,同朋友一齊食馬來西亞菜。鋪頭係用開放式設計,燈光非常光猛,喺出邊都望到咁多位食客食得非常滋味,都好多人啊,我哋等左一陣就有位,好心急好想快啲食,因為喺餐廳出面已經望到有位印度籍師傅,好用心咁整緊薄餅,睇到我哋流晒口水。我哋叫咗一個招牌小食拼盤$168,入邊有好多嘢食啊,包括有蝦餅兩件、雞串燒兩件、燒雞翼兩件、同埋兩件燒春卷!全部小食都揸得好香脆,份量好足夠,我哋四個人食就啱啱好啦。印尼炒飯$78,色水好靚,火候夠,個炒炒到粒粒分明,又唔會炒到好濕,足料大碟,師傅非常有功價!我哋仲叫咗個馬拉盞炒秋葵$64,啲秋葵好爽口,加埋馬拉盞同埋少少藍地,非常開胃,好快就俾我哋食晒啦。緬甸咖喱$78,唔會好辣,椰汁味又夠重,有好多雞,啱晒我哋呢啲港式口味,配埋招牌印度油鬆餅$26,吸晒啲咖喱味,勁好食呀!
