LAVA Bar & Restaurant (Closed)

Initially had dinner in Kwun Tong, but the food was too bad so my friend and I finished the meal in 30mins and randomly chose a bar and restaurant to visit; then we arrived LAVA. the staff were friendly. Estrella draft beer was served😍food was nice. But some dishes I saw on 「熱門」list of openrice could not be found.Goose Barnacles: 1st time eating goose barnacles😯 i guess the chef simply steamed the goose barnacles. 同屋企人食飯，佢地揀咗食呢間喺太子既西班牙餐廳。餐廳喺「酒吧街」，地點方便，喺太子站行過去都只係1個街口距離。餐廳唔大，只有大約10張枱，坐得舒服但缺點係會有煙味由出面飄入餐廳。由於係Happy hour，我地一坐低就嗌咗d手工啤酒，相入面既1、2、3號都係當時嗌，1、2號係侍應哥哥介紹。呢3隻啤酒都比較淡味，屋企人覺得1號有d似1664白啤；2號初初飲落有d奇怪，飲飲下又ok，嗰陣覺得奇怪既味應該就係黃皮味；3號有淡淡檸檬味，但就冇咩啤酒味，係3隻中最淡。至於4號酒就係侍應哥哥喺我地食到尾般時介紹既，比較濃味，適合食完肉等等重味既嘢之後飲。第1個頭盤係侍應哥哥推薦既西班牙鬼爪螺，首先佢既出場方式已經好特別，係放喺木盒入面上，然後隻螺本身個樣都好特別，真係好似1隻爪。聽講呢隻螺好難捉，所以平時好少見，食法係先撕走層依，食入面既肉，食落鮮甜好味，但價錢上可能食其他螺類性價比會更高。第2個頭盤係白酒煮法國青口，法國青口比正常既細，亦更鮮甜，另外佢個汁應該落咗牛油，好香，好好食。第3個頭盤：西班牙式炸薯粒配溫泉蛋。薯粒面頭炸到脆卜卜 個汁唔係太啱我口味，但屋企人個個都不停食，好快就清碟，所以
