收工後相約一位好耐無見的朋友,今晚一齊來W Hotel 的Kitchen 6樓 食dinner buffet聚下舊。此酒店都是五星級酒店,四圍的裝潢都給人的感覺都好特創意別又有時尚風格。buffet 時段是由18:00pm~22:00pm,今天是星期二,成人價錢收費是$568+10%,而小童$279+10%,同時今天的buffet 主題是亞洲美食夜,正在7點鐘,我們由職員帶領我們入座了,沿著餐廳,可以看到個海景,真是好美麗。 我們就座後餐廳的侍應都好細心問我們需要凍水或暖水,枱上也一早預備了剪長腳蟹的剪刀、蟹鉗及濕紙巾,設備真是好完善,枱上還有一個黃色的膠牌仔,說明了已經有人就座,真是非常有趣。 我們一齊馬上走到buffet枱取食物,我本人比較喜歡食海鮮,第一時間走到取凍盤海鮮,海鮮的款式有波士頓龍蝦、麵包蟹、青口、coffin bay 生蠔、凍蝦、龍蝦仔、長腳蟹,我當然馬上取了不少海鮮,buffet 枱上有鎮江醋、紅酒醋、檸角、tabasco 等等,好讓海鮮迷大飽食福。coffin bay 生蠔的外型比較細隻,但海水味都好濃郁,食起來好爽脆較鹹身,正合我的口味。龍蝦仔的羔真是好
