好耐冇同朋友聚會,一於约出旺角食飯吹水,最初打算食陸陸,點知要7點幾等到9點先有位,所以轉去食潮州打冷,本來去間好好食嘅,但都係冇位,所以先轉來呢間點知坐低叫餸時先發覺唔太多野選只得打冷冇小菜和炒粉麵飯,但費事再轉地方就試一試我哋叫左通常大家都會叫既食物,鹵水鵝片、韮菜豬红、煎蠔餅、豉椒炒蜆、蠔仔粥、鹵水雜錦拼盤和椒絲腐乳通菜鹵水鵝片,鵝片食落都好軟滑,但個鹵水汁就唔係好夠味韮菜豬红,韮菜好入味,豬红實正軟滑煎蠔餅,好多蠔仔,煎得好脆,呢個幾正豉椒炒蜆,蜆都幾大隻與人多肉,不過唔夠野味,可以再辣少少蠔仔粥,幾大鍋,都算多蠔仔,食落唔醒,個粥就正宗潮州粥,d米煲到半爛鹵水雜錦拼盤,呢個正,有红腸、豬大腸、生腸、鵝腸、墨魚、豬腩肉和炸豆腐,有唔同口感,有生腸和墨魚既爽口彈牙和豬大腸、鵝腸、豬腩肉既軟滑可口椒絲腐乳通菜,一般般,我覺得鑊氣火侯和腐乳味差少少呢間食店可以話普普通通
