有日經過超級市場,見到有白蘆筍賣,就記起四月至六月係白蘆筍嘅當做季節!喺香港,有白蘆筍食嘅set唔多,上網search到半島嘅Chesa有,就即刻打去睇吓係水尾之前食唔食到個白蘆筍seasonal menu!居然俾我book到6月尾嘅平日夜晚食。其實Chesa之前都食過幾次,佢係一間食傳統嘅瑞士菜,佢個芝士火鍋真係不得了!我今次都見到好多人食,等我下次自己一個食晒成個芝士火鍋先😂!去到餐廳,佢個環境就好似一個木桶咁,上上下下都俾啲木包圍住。個background music都好瑞士,即刻成個人抽離咗去咗外國咁!落咗order之後,佢就例牌嚟咗一籃麵包,入面有3種咁多,全部都好好食!之後就上前菜啦,我order咗個芝士焗白蘆筍。一上菜,我嘩一聲,有3大枝白蘆筍係我前面,支支都好粗,食落去d白蘆筍好清甜,咁大碌食落去都冇渣,再加埋小小芝士係上面釣下味,勁好食!再嚟就係個牛尾清湯配牛骨髓dumpling,初初飲d湯,覺得好濃味又好似好鹹咁,但飲飲下佢其實係好濃好濃嘅牛嘅精華,因為我飲完,完全唔口喝,即係唔係鹹啦!到個主菜啦,佢係燒帶子蝦同白蘆筍,帶子同蝦都好鮮味,但白蘆筍嘅份量就比較少!整體

最後嚟到甜品啦,係白朱古力慕絲配雲呢拿脆片,一貫瑞士嘅甜品咁啦,都係偏甜嘅,少少地,最好笑連個裝飾都係蘆筍😂!

最最後飲咗個peninsula blended tea同petit 4作結(最好食都係粒朱古力!)大滿足!
