大角咀就黎得多,不過特登搵野食就好少,今日就黎到博文街見到呢間鐵板牛扒,逐個gram去秤既牛扒,點餐就係講你想揀牛既邊個部位,之後磅下幾重,再揀配餐。今日有啲肚餓,所以叫左個400g既後腰三角肉試下,因為之前聽人講呢個位置牛肉味會更濃,所以就叫左一試。店員會係你面前切好舊牛肉再問你配咩油同餐,我就揀左蒜油,配餐揀左飯、麵豉湯同可樂。牛扒即柯打即煎保證新鮮。牛扒上枱,好大陣蒜味傳入鼻,牛味亦都好香,400g黎講絕對夠食,牛後腰呢個位口感結實,而且牛味真係比其西冷牛柳既地方濃味,好啱我呢啲鍾意食牛既人。蒜油既香放埋落白飯配埋牛扒食就最啱,而且餐廳亦都準備左柚子汁伴碟,怕肥膩既朋友仔點一點就會多一種清新既感覺。
