怕熱鬧的我最愛於假日到蘇豪區用餐,可避開平日的喧鬧,悠閒地享受美食曾於一恐龍主題日本料理跟好友慶祝生日,感覺不錯,再次重訪餐廳樓高兩層,於半山電梯旁會看到光亮的招牌高樓底配上大量綠色植物佈置,令人彷彿置身於侏羅紀公園內的熱帶雨林於銅鑼灣的立食外賣店起家,主打特色腐皮壽司爆餡黑松露帶子腐皮壽司黑松露味濃郁,用料新鮮辣味三文魚腐皮壽司三文魚粒肥美油潤,表面沾滿秘製辣醬汁蟹蟹蟹!!蟹膏蟹籽燴飯半軟半硬粒粒分明,口感相當豐富辣辣柚子凍蜆稻庭冷烏冬麵條彈牙,蜆肉漲卜卜為食龍特調為食特飲藍海檸檬汽水冰涼酸甜酒精濃度5.2%的Asahi有綿密的氣泡及細緻的風味
