最近喺ig成日見到呢間集cafe同酒吧於一身嘅餐廳,約左唔介意喺酷暑下等位嘅朋友去碰下運氣,13:30左右去到,條隊排到落下一層,但最後半個鐘就入到去(如果你一心坐打卡窗邊位就另計啦),我地個位前面係一塊落地玻璃,環境真係幾chill,食物都睇得又食得。Mille-feuille Potatoes “Bravas”:千層薯仔,顧名思義以層次同口感取勝,無想像中咁油膩,而且食到薯仔嘅原味,無論配酸辣醬同酸忌廉都好夾。Avocado on Toast “2.0”:呢個係分解版嘅Avocado toast,有兩塊olive bread,配一個擺toppings 嘅platter,要自己DIY。為方便食用,牛油果已切碎左,熟度啱啱好,有用橄欖油同黑椒鹽調味,份量接近一個,食完麵包仲有剩好抵食。其他toppings包括有芒果粒、chorizo同水波蛋,任你配搭,不過唔知點解要將蛋黃同蛋白分離呢?Kurobuta Pork Belly Bun:想試Mini Katsu-sando但已經賣晒,唯有改叫呢款。麵包係甜甜地嘅Brioche bun,非常鬆軟,但擺耐左就會扁晒,有啲黏口,記得唔好影太耐。慢

Kurobuta Pork Belly Bun:
想試Mini Katsu-sando但已經賣晒,唯有改叫呢款。麵包係甜甜地嘅Brioche bun,非常鬆軟,但擺耐左就會扁晒,有啲黏口,記得唔好影太耐。慢煮豬腩肉肉質好淋,肥膏入口即化,配上大量紫椰菜,感覺上無咁肥膩,配埋幼薯條,evilly delicious。

Burnt Cheesecake:
呢個基本上係每枱必點,個蛋糕大嘅係手掌size,但同我對burnt cheesecake嘅認知有啲出入,呢個版本基本上全個軟心,似係日式芝士蛋糕嘅creamy版,如果個邊位實淨啲應該更有層次,而蛋糕面都可以焦脆啲,但味道唔錯嘅。

Iced latte:
凍嘅white coffee得latte揀,由於latte奶嘅比例較多,唔係好試得出有咩特別,如果有多啲凍飲嘅選擇就好啦。
