Friday night, soho充滿happy hour的外國人，人頭湧湧。一街之隔的卑利街比SOHO中心靜，但其實暗藏不少好店。在門口已經見到內裡滿座了。剛好有人埋單，我們才有位～比平常的bar光猛，用了不同的啤酒樽/酒樽貼紙來裝飾。連bar位的啤酒口也用酒樽來標示呢！有趣！ Drink menu是用ipad的。但只限眼看，不能落order~先看看餐牌。Combo set幾吸引，但散叫其實也不貴。先來2杯啤酒～Porter味較濃，花樣年華帶點甜。我比較愛喝Porter,味濃一點之餘，入口也滑一點。食物份量比想像多，雞翼還有雞鎚呢！ 雞翼皮薄餡靚，外脆內JUICY，正！ 微辣的BUFFALO雞翼，加上BLUECHEESE醬，美味可口！ PULLED PORK味很淡，要點醬來吃。腸仔比較好，但其實也不太好...脆皮＋咸，有點似蠟腸...伴碟的生命麵包最出色。吃飽，再來多ROUND啤酒！本身還心思思要Beer Platter定一杯Rubus...當知道Beer Platter有rubus,就不用再想了！由左至右，味淡至濃。左一：Bulwark~ cider來的，有點酦酸。左二：
