Plumcot #大坑❗️法式甜品麵包店❗️第二次嚟到一間大坑bakery！佢哋嘅canele不嬲都好出名，但上次太晏到都買唔到，最後買咗其他pastry，嗰陣俾佢嘅法式曲奇所驚豔😍今次星期日朝早11點就去到，終於買到canele!!Canele $35冇翻熱直接食覺得唔算好香，雖然都散發冧酒味。但翻熱左真係好好多，冧酒味強烈左好多之餘，外層嘅焦糖味都散發左出嚟，味道唔錯。口感方面，外層少少硬脆，內裏比較creamy, 似custard，未係我食過最好嘅口感，但都唔錯。味道: 3.8/5性價比: 3.6/5Strawberry croissant $28問店員推介邊一款，佢哋話好多人禮拜日遠到而來就係為咗呢一款士多啤梨牛角包🥐只係禮拜日先供應！同樣地未翻熱之前都係麻麻地，一層層嘅酥皮比較軟。翻熱之後香脆好多，牛油味都突出左好多，內裏包着有汁士多啤梨果乾，酸酸地冇咁膩。特別在於內裏一層粉紅色一層牛油色，的確幾夢幻！不過冇我想像中咁誇張，行過嘅話都可以買一個試吓。味道: 3.8/5性價比: 3.6/5
