今日黎到朋友公司後面既印度餐廳,佢話平時都只係黎食lunch buffet,難得有機會約齊人就黎下佢既晚市。一入到黎就已經覺得好有印度style,入面好多掛畫,同埋當然唔少得印度文歌啦。環境好幽暗,好似都唔少情侶黎談心呢。Menu基本上大部分熟識既印度菜都有了,另外我覺得最吸引既係第一頁既酒類,好多都想試呢。可惜聽日仲要返工,就只好飲返啲無酒精飲品了。首先試左個鮮茄湯,味道係幾酸的,有少少似咕嚕肉汁,好提神呢。黎食印度菜必飲既Lassi,類似芒果奶昔的印度特色飲品,味道酸酸甜甜又解渴。每枱都會提供3款醬汁:薄荷醬、蒜蓉鮮茄醬同羅望子醬,我地另外仲點左個Raita印度青瓜乳酪,食到好重的青瓜味,食落係非常清新同解油膩感的。咖喱我地叫左2款:Chicken Makhani同Vegetable Jalfrezi,即係奶油咖喱雞同埋雜菜咖喱。先講奶油咖喱雞,味道比較偏甜,我覺得就算唔食辣既朋友都可以輕易入手,奶油味重,用黎配烤餅真係一流;雜菜咖喱就比奶油咖喱雞辣,但都唔差,好香。Naan當然都係必食之一,我地一共叫左3款烤餅:原味、蒜蓉同乳酪,價錢都幾平,每份有4塊,用黎沾咖喱真係一流。我自己
