Not the most health-conscious person I admit, but the hummus spread at Rise by classified really attracted me. The cute coffee art also warmed my heart - the mocha provided the caffeine ☕️ I desperately needed at noon and the cocoa 🍫 with the warming properties.⁣⁠

V tempted to try out their pastries next time 🥐🥯🥖, I insist on having there whilst they’re still fresh, as the baguettes that were served warm for the hummus spread were exceptional.⁣⁠

Classified，細細個就聽過呢個名。記得大學嗰陣，會專登去Classified食Brunch，好寫意！原來Classified旗下啱啱喺中環交易廣場開咗全新概念嘅Rise by Classified。餐廳以淺木色為主調，提供一系列手工麵包、健康輕食同咖啡體驗。不論朝早嘆杯咖啡，又或者食Lunch同Brunch，都適合不過！ChouquetteChouquette係法國特色泡芙小食，圓轆轆，細細粒，一啖一粒。佢同平時食開嘅泡芙完全唔同，入面無cream，更加凸出質感，入口較脆，外面仲灑上珍珠糖，甜甜地，吊出麵團嘅味道，口感豐富。Chocolatine呢個朱古力丹麥酥睇落無乜特別，不過就係越簡單嘅食品，先睇到餐廳嘅功力。外層嘅酥皮層次分明，焗到非常香脆，入邊嘅朱古力餡唔會太甜，同酥皮超級夾！The Spread嘩！個賣相非常吸引，三隻顏色，非常搶眼！佢哋分別係甘筍鷹嘴豆蓉、紅菜頭鷹嘴豆蓉同青豆鷹嘴豆蓉，配上麵包一齊食，味道清新健康。Rise Burger平時嘅漢堡多數都係用生菜同蕃茄，Rise Burger用上炒過嘅洋蔥同茄子，好香口；再加上厚身嘅牛肉同芝士，真係好滿足！再食埋新鮮全
