Located on the rooftop of Sheraton Hotel with the stunning Victoria Harbor view and skyline of HK, enjoying the Seafood platter with super fresh oysters, Boston lobsters, scampi and crab. Follow with the signature Crab Cake made with plenty of crab meat. For the main course, staff has recommended us Pan-roasted Toothfish and it was very delicious. Coming to the end, we had the Ginger Pear Mille-feuille as dessert.It was a nice and wonderful night with excellent service. Highly recommended to all

外國嘅朋友想食生蠔，其實香港好多選擇，好多餐廳都有生蠔。但係專食生蠔嘅餐廳就唔多，今日揀咗sheraton嘅wine and bar， 一定唔會出錯 ！仲喺間酒店裏面，服務一定有保證 我哋一行十個人星期六下晝三點幾打去book， 夜晚七點鐘都有位喎🤗但係要坐房有minimum charge一萬蚊，開瓶費500蚊 🍷 因為好塞車嘅關係，我自己第一個到。環境相當唔錯，見到生蠔有二十幾款，算係好多㗎啦 第一round大約冇人叫咗六隻， 全部都好滿意！當日嘅special係磨菇湯，朋友飲咗話好好飲但係龍蝦湯就好失望囉講到自己咁出名完全唔夠酒未味 個 crab cake ok嘅，真係好多蟹，高水準！但係講好食，個羊架真係超曬班煮得啱啱好，就算唔食羊嘅人都可以接受到，95分呀 另外佢出名甜品就係梳乎裡不過要提提大家埋單嘅時候匯豐卡係有八折嘅，你唔問個經理係唔會講畀你聽！呢點大家要留意！
