好朋友生日,遲左兩個幾月先同佢食生日晚飯,仲要佢親自訂枱,真係好慚愧😜星期五晚上,準時黎到即刻有枱唔駛等,抵贊餐廳周圍被玻璃包圍,名乎其實是glasshouse,環境適合情侶用饍,食物好似將西餐混合少少亞洲風味,味道獨特Crispy fries, truffle mayo薯條係我最愛,去到邊只要餐牌上有薯條我都必定會點。呢隻松露醬薯條好好味,薯條炸到好香口但唔會油淋淋,點埋松露醬真係perfect,薯條原來唔止配茄汁架。推薦👍🏻Mussels & clams, steamed in clay pot有殼的海鮮又係必點的,青口同大蜆都好鮮甜多肉,呢個似係白酒汁,但味道偏淡,唔啱食開重口味的我地Pink rice paper roll with duck breast呢味菜係睇openrice 介紹而點的,鴨胸無味,個卷成舊都無乜味,係靠個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃Caesar salad with soft shell crab(呢碟掛住食,唔記得影)呢個好好味,推薦👍🏻Banana cream brulee, moscovado sugar, dark coffee朋友同我都好鍾意食甜品,今餐專

朋友同我都好鍾意食甜品,今餐專登唔叫粉麵同飯,留肚食甜品,呢度的cream brulee 上枱前會係你面前點著火,上枱後啲火仲維持分幾兩分鐘,當埋生日蛋糕都OK 😂。表面舖滿新鮮香蕉片,入口有濃濃的蕉味,加少少齋啡落去仲可以無咁漏👍🏻

環境加上呢杯飲品,差點以為自己身在泰國渡假中。新鮮的荔枝每啖都有甜甜的果香,茶中有好濃的荔枝味超好味,之後再黎過兩次食飯都必定叫呢杯飲品,drink list 都無再睇了
