同朋友慶祝生日, 見到GLASS HOUSE, 環境唔錯, Fusion 菜色, 室外又望到SEAVIEW,所以試吓, 可惜室外要自己搵完位再入餐廳點菜, 坐低叫咗個Porcini mushroom ravioli with shrimps and cherry tomato sauce, 較濃味, 不過感覺新穎, 有別於以往的意大利餛飩。最後好期待個甜品, Espresso Banana Creme Brulee , 視覺效果不錯,有火焰, 不過當Espresso倒完, 可能因為個蛋層太薄, 令到表面的香蕉面及蛋層已不脆口, 味道苦苦的, 有啲失望。最後再叫了兩杯飲品, 我叫的有香茅,小小Spicy好特別。
