未去先興奮, 因為以前0係英國都未食過任何一間Gordon Ramsay, 好在佢0係香港插旗早左去到, 所以Happy Hour 叫左杯 cocktail, 味道不錯, 較普通cocktail 無咁甜, 但太多冰, 無得慢慢飲, 我0個杯唔記得左個名 (...Punch), 但係0係menu 上既第一杯我好多時去餐廳, 都鍾意聽侍應既推介, 叫左以下:Appetisers:1) Roasted veal carpaccio truffle creme fraiche artichoke2) Honey glazed beef short ribs with pomelos, scallions, sesame seedsMain dishes:1) Ocean trout - autumn vegetables, chorizo cream2) Dingley dell pork chops 10ozSides:1) Macaroni & cheese兩個頭盤都好食, 尤其是 Honey glazed beef short ribs, 侍應生話呢道菜只係香港先有供應, 佢選擇左地道既

主菜方面, pork chop 煮到medium, 我仲以為會無咁乾同韌, 點知食落都係有0的乾同韌, 可能太厚切, 但整體上還可以, macaroni & cheese 好好食, 侍應話檯檯客都讚, 我覺得真係幾好食, 至於ocean trout, 唔係唔好食, 但可能佢無寫到個煮法, 原來係半生熟, 咁岩我地0個舊有0的太腥, 我朋友食左一啖覺得太腥肚番出黎, 我就食剩少少, 侍應見狀就走過黎話我地好似唔係太滿意0的主菜, 我地就話比佢聽個情況, 於是佢地好唔好意思咁送左甜品比我地食, 係原本我都想叫既甜品
Desserts:
1) Pineapple carpaccio, passion fruit, coconut sorbet 2) Eton mess with strawberries, Chantilly cream, meringue 3) Banana sticky toffee pudding, Muscovado caramel, clotted cream 以為一定食唔曬, 但真係唔好睇少女人第二個胃, 尤其是係我個胃
三個甜品都各有特色, 但個人偏好sticky toffee pudding, 一見到0係個餐牌度都會兩眼發光
朋友E 小姐係meringue 既頭號粉絲, 大讚, 我都覺得係我食過咁多Eton Mess 入面都幾好食既一次
至於我既主菜 Banana sticky toffee pudding, 個底好好食, 有0的chewy bits, 一問之下原來係"king" 左既caramel bits, 都幾好食!
整體上還是好食既, 服務態度無得彈, 由入門口到出門口都好好態度! 我期待下次再去試埋其他菜色!
