Hot Summer Cafe at the Stairs

In traditional, people gather with their families in the Tuen Ng festival. However, my home doesn't have this practice. I went Quarry Bay for "the gifted" movie. After, I took a tram "ding ding" to Sheung Wan. The weather was good, blue sky and nice breeze. Not too hot. I got off tram at Sheung Wan. Climbing up to the common ground by stairs. "VERY HOT". I got off tram at Sheung Wan. Climbing up to the common ground by stairs. "VERY HOT". Anyway, the shop's air-con cooled me down. I arrived there at 4ish. I ordered a flat white. I took out my laptop and started typing. A nice flat white was made and placed on my desk within 5 mins. Lovely! The coffee smells good, somehow the foam wasn't that firm. Taste was fine. 

I enjoyed my evening in this common ground cafe.  I like the shop has a small window making sunlight and green into the shop.

      星期六起身好想試下啲新嘢，最後決定咗去Common Ground (中環城皇街19號地下)門口最後決定要杯Flat White, Chicken Burger 同 Beef Burger.鋪面可以坐10個人左右，裝修好Earthy好舒服特別係綠色牆身配木嘅櫬列架同檯凳.Flat White，攞上手覺得好熱. 飲落覺得啲奶有啲Burnt咗(太熱令鮮奶變味).係我膽心緊會唔會中招嘅時候, 嘢食到喇.兩個漢堡包太似所以冇影牛肉漢堡. 伴碟好靚聞落好香.拎起刀叉嘅同時見女友攞起個漢堡呆咗一呆, 因爲太耐冇試過一個漢堡可以拎起而啲陷唔跌出來. 真係要讚下廚房嘅用心製作. 講返味道，好食!!!!!漢堡有肉, 有生菜, 有芝士同埋菠蘿. 個包外脆内軟包住晒啲陷, 雞肉唔係雞扒, 係將雞肉切成碎塊再做成Patty, 令到食得好舒服. 溶咗既芝士好香(小弟不才唔知係乜芝士), 燒過嘅菠蘿特顯咗佢嘅甜味, 加埋廚房特製既醬汁(有小小酸瓜味同Red Reddish嘅味道), 令成件事好完滿.沙律好新鮮, Balsamic Vinegar 完全冇嗆嘅感覺, 微酸少甜. 唯一可以彈嘅就係啲薯片, 如果係Home

       鋪内有好多令人心擴神怡嘅盆栽.
      總結: 經開或有時間嘅朋友絕對可以一試. 好舒服嘅一間Cafe, 雖然咖啡有待改進(唔計杯咖啡我會味道比4/5)但係環境，啲Staff 好Friendly嘅Service同食物品質足已令我想再返來睇下書食下嘢!!
