這個烤豬仔骨不會敲得太乾，內裏保留了肉汁而且不會吃到雪藏的味道，骨頭與肉的比例做得恰到好處，燒汁香甜亦不會過份油膩，最特別的是配炸番薯條，感覺更加特別
