某日行過上環,朋友極力向我推薦,話呢間啲crepe好正,終於搵咗個星期五晚去銅鑼灣分店食。喺openrice book咗, 餐廳店員特登打電話來確認booking,雖然miss咗個call, 留完言隔冇幾耐,店員又即刻打返來,真係有啲太進取,可能真係好多人book掛。地方雖然細細地,但係裝修幾有心思,用咗好多航海、水手主題的裝飾,燈光都好warm,寒冷天氣下入來感覺幾溫暖。揀咗set dinner for two, HK$498, 2 main courses, 2 desserts 加 2 drinks,抵過散叫。 首先上咗飲品,dry apple cider, 酒精幾高,苦苦地,女仔飲最好揀sweet apple cider。裝apple cider個杯如圖所見,似碗多過係杯,冇杯耳,無法優雅地飲,反而好似古代飲酒咁,要好豪爽地端起個碗,頓時有種 “店小二,上酒...乾了”嘅感覺。朋友叫咗杯homemade pineapple & coconut water drink,結論係pineapple drinks 通常都好似飲緊罐頭菠蘿水,伏伏哋。Galette同 crepe 其
