Third time at La Vache. Cannot make booking for dinner session if you are less than 5 people which I am a bit disappointed. In 2020, my friend could make booking for 3 people. Anyway, this is a hot picked restaurant. 朋友介紹話呢間餐廳食牛扒好正，仲可以任食薯條，所以就揀咗呢度同老公慶祝生日。6:45pm嚟到walk-in即刻有位，侍應表示用餐時間1.5小時，無問題，即刻入座。果然，餐廳只有一個餐，就係牛扒餐😂 $318/位。另外仲有drink menu。侍應問咗牛扒要幾成熟之後，首先就奉上法包同沙律。法包只是微暖，所以搽上牛油都冇溶到🤪，不過呢個都係法國人食法包嘅慣常做法。沙律菜好新鮮，仲加咗核桃，配上沙律醋，酸酸哋好開胃😋食緊前菜之際，侍應會先準備牛扒架，微微嘅火可以keep warm，不過阿仔成日當生日蠟燭咁吹熄咗終於嚟到主菜，我哋揀咗一份medium，一份medium well，熟啲啱小朋友食，我自己就當然覺得medium好味啲因為係ribeye，所以肉質好嫩滑，亦有牛味，唔需要任何汁醬都好夠味小朋友最愛當然係薯條啦，新鮮炸嘅薯條落少許調味，每條都外脆內軟，好乾身唔油膩，仲可以refill，今日就俾佢放肆一下啦話哂係老公生日，當然要叫甜品做生日蛋糕啦，餐廳仲可以安排侍應們圍住拍手唱生日歌，不過我哋想低調啲，只要求插支蠟燭就夠喇！靚靚嘅macaroon中間夾住忌廉同raspberry，一甜一酸
