birthday today, dad called me in the afternoon to ask me what I want. finally, he decided this mango cream doom.the mango cream doom is a signature for cova. the mango smell. the light cream. the soft spongy cake with fresh mango. I forgot how many times I had this cake, still it is delighted and refreshing. Thanks for keeping an excellent standard. thanks dad for the good pick.

同事生日, 用Coupon去Cova換咗個生日蛋糕同佢慶生...有咗上次嘅經驗, 我今日醒咗啦, 未食Lunch就去換咗蛋糕先, 以免d蛋糕比人賣晒冇得揀...Mango Cream Dome -- 經典中的經典, 見d朋友買親Cova蛋糕都一定係買呢一款, 我自己係第一次食, 上次換唔到... 只係咬一啖, 瞳孔放大, 明白晒點解咁多人對佢傾心... 海綿蛋糕鬆軟無比, 忌廉滑不留口, 芒果香甜味美, 實在太完美喇!!! 平時呢, 只肯食一個角仔嘅同事, 居然自己走去Refill, 我同生日同事都不甘後人, Refill埋一份... 餓鬼搶o野食就見得多, 成班嘴刁飽鬼一齊搶o野食, 都真係第一次見...同事問咗好多次, 面頭黃色果d係咩o黎... 我直覺認為係海綿蛋糕碎, 佢問完又問, 即係唔信我啦... 好, 等我上網調查吓先...我果然冇估計錯... 面頭黃色果d係將混入咗芒果醬嘅海綿蛋糕焗好後磨成粒粒狀, 再放入焗爐焗至乾身... Yeah!!!唔記得買碟, 唯有用杯頂住先... 同事話似雪糕... 其實比我地咁樣搞一搞, 正常人如果見到一杯咁嘅o野, 又唔知係Cova嘅蛋糕
