自知罪孽深重,週六原本諗住去教堂辦告解,點知神父有事外出,結果摸門釘。沿著星街離開時,走到街角盡頭,見到右手邊有個印有糕點o既易拉架,彷彿正向細佬揮手召喚 ,雙腿好自然就走咗上去睇。真係估唔離開咗繁忙o既皇后大道東,上到寂靜o既聖佛蘭士街斜坡頂上,竟然會暗藏甜品店!店子以法文取名,「J'aime bien Patisserie」可譯作「我很喜歡糕點」,嘻嘻,剛好與小肥志同道合!炎炎夏日,為怕室內冷氣外流,小店將玻璃門敞埋,其實並未關門,照常營業。可能因為仲係食晏時候啦,小肥兩點左右步進餅屋,即可免費包廳。難得店員姐姐又唔介意,細佬當然係肆無忌憚地周圍影相啦! 甜品店只有一盞典雅o既吊燈、一張古老o既兩層式拉櫃、三張圓枱配鐡櫈o既散座及一列蛋糕擺設,簡單精美。得知小弟首度光臨,姐姐仔好客氣地為餐店及其餅點作出簡介,並指出架上o既模型全部跟足實物製造,細小o既店舖居然會如此在意細節,態度相當認真 !深受情人影響,小肥近年亦愛上香檳,故不需費神,好快就決定要試Strawberry & Champagne Mousse。蛋糕與模型,無論係體積大小,定亦或係表面紋理,冇十成都肯定有九成九相
