The lobster was perfectly cooked with just the right firmness. The sauce was not salty this time and matched well with the lobster without overpowering the lobster.

The hazelnut souffle was beautifully baked. However, surprisingly the coffee ice cream actually held its own as a great dessert instead of just merely the side of the souffle. It was so rich and strongly I thought I was drinking coffee.
