There has always been a line outside the restaurant since its opening... .Today eventually have a chance to go (having in mind the time needed to stand outside to wait for table during lunch hour). The set up of the restaurant is a bit tight yet cozy..After waiting for around 30 mins, we were seated eventually! (It is considered a short waiting time already? I often see the queue even at 2pm after lunch time for the offices nearby) .Apart from the setting of the restaurant, the apron of the staff

Apart from the setting of the restaurant, the apron of the staff actually caught my attention (can see the attentive to details of the restaurant)
.
Simple and industrial styled.
.
We tried the lobster benedict and the mushroom on toast.
.
It was a relieve that the food came quite fast~

The egg was creamy and i can actually tasted the milk they put when frying it. It would be better if it could be properly seasoned.
.
Yet, It was compensated by the bread at good quality.

The lobster benedict was quite special with the kale and also the sauce made with salty egg yolk. The bread was again what I like most.
.
The lobster actually took me quite some time to due with despite that they have provided the cracker... not suggested if you would want to enjoy a elegant meal. Also, the poached egg was a bit overcooked, fortunately it was only a bit overcooked but not wholly overcooked..

Seeing that the coffee looks very nice, I ordered the latte taking the risk that I may feel unwell afterwards (being allergic to caffeine)

The latte at my first sip was not really strong and it was like japanese crossover Italian style... (normally I would feel unwell immediately after drinking one or two sip for Italian coffee, but this Looked like my body’s ok with this coffee so I drank the whole cup!) I particularly liked the dried blueberry that went very well with the coffee.
.
Regrettably, the latte was actually VERY STRONG that I obviously felt headache / dizzy / racing heartbeat after 1 hour or so (can’t blame anyone but myself )
.
The restaurant only accepts cash or octopus at the moment.
.
Hope that they will have their sourdough for take away and may be decaf coffee later on?
