This shop has been a hit in Hong Kong recently because of their creative dessert. Located at Wan Chai, this shop is more like a kiosk. No tables or chairs, but only one waitress busy preparing dessert on the spot for each order placed. So, they are guaranteed to be fresh. You could smell the aroma of the egg waffles (eggettes) when you are approaching this shop. You should not miss out trying this place, because it is pure awesome!What are they famous for? What are they famous for? They combine different elements in a cup of gelato, giving you different texture and flavor for every scoop. In short, it is an improvised and interesting parfait.
Ohh Tea - This one is my favourite, but they are only going to serve this until the end of November. So, I decided to give it another try before they stop it. You know something is good when you want to return for a second cup immediately. Layer by layer, from the low fat gelato topped with strawberry tea caramel popcorn, hibiscus tea espuma, jasmine tea sorbet, butter crumbs to chocolate dipped ‘teabag’, caramel apples and earl grey panna cotta. The gelato blended very well with the hibiscus tea espuma. A very refreshing, palate-cleansing dessert with great matching elements. It’s creative, it’s light, and I especially love the tea aroma that stayed lingering in my mouth.
