Came to the SOHO East harbourfront again. This time, we took a stroll along the harbourfront before and after our dinner, which was soooo relaxing. Really love this area.
Visited this < Cull 'N Pistol > mainly for their [ lobster roll ], but their promotion this night really surprised us!
Each day of the week, they offer different promotions, this night's being "$9 per pc of oyster"! These were the cheapest freshly-shucked oysters we've ever had in Hong Kong, and we were surprised that the quality was nice too.
We enjoyed the lobster roll too, and the West Coast tacos weren't had either. If you are a taco lover, be sure to visit on Wednesday's because it's when tacos are offered at $30 each!

在網上看見《Cull ’N Pistol》的龍蝦包有不少好評，我們又一向喜歡到訪鯉景灣一帶用餐，於是就來嚐嚐啦

《Cull ’N Pistol》位於鯉景灣海旁的SOHO East，環境一流
對著海景用餐，感覺休閒
還有不少食客帶同寵物一起到訪呢
加上店員的友善服務，令用餐經驗更加分
-菜式款式很多，令人眼花撩亂
但是我們一心為著龍蝦包而來，目標明確😎
但除了龍蝦包，想不到這裡的是日優惠還更搶眼！

餐廳一週的每一日都會有不同的優惠，星期二的這天，是「$9生蠔優惠」！
這麼平價，當然要多吃一點🦪
首先點了半打，吃吃前菜，再點半打，想不到店員還多送了兩隻！🤩
這天的生蠔來自西班牙🇪🇸
新鮮厚肉、帶海水味但不太鹹
$9這個價錢真的非常划算，但質素卻不賴。強力推薦！

凱撒沙律
這裡的凱撒沙律用上原個迷你生菜，另外還加入了紅菊苣，口感新鮮爽脆，
配上充滿鹹香的小鯷魚跟煙肉脆脆，再以芝士碎加以點綴
凱撒醬再多一點就完美啦

美國西岸靠近墨西哥，所以料理方式也有受到影響🇲🇽
Tacos就是其中一道那裡常見的帶墨西哥風情的小吃

Carnitas pork 手撕醬燒豬肉
Baja Cali fish 香脆魚柳
Smoked pollo chicken 煙雞肉
三款tacos分別都配上不同配料跟醬汁，例如洋蔥、sour cream、guacamole、墨西哥辣椒醬等，非常惹味
還放上了〔dynamite crunch〕，加添香脆口感
建議由味道最淡的煙雞肉吃起，然後魚柳，最後才是手撕醬燒豬肉
.三款口味中，最得我們心的是〔手撕醬燒豬肉〕
豬肉撕成條狀，掛滿味道濃郁的醬汁，超惹味❤️
另外〔香脆魚柳〕很大的一件，皮脆肉嫩，就是炸魚薯條裡的炸魚！

友人一直心心念念的〔lobster roll〕！🦞🍞
龍蝦肉份量豐富，賣相相當吸引
每一口都吃到鮮味濃郁的彈牙龍蝦肉
底下還放上蟹肉，超滿足
麵包富牛油香、口感鬆軟
用生菜墊底，加上檸檬美乃滋，吃上去一點都不油膩
伴碟有香脆粗薯條跟新鮮沙律
•Shore tiramisu ($88)
意大利芝士蛋糕
最後來一份招牌tiramisu完結這晚
手指餅咖啡味濃，口感剛好，不會太軟
Mascarpone cream夾層味道稍微偏甜
但整體口感跟味道都相當令人滿足
