My friend suddenly got a craving for oyster so we randomly picked a seafood restaurants from OpenRice and the food is so good that exceeds our expectation. we ordered several kind of oyster based on the waiter recommendation and they were all great. 今年聖誔, 專程和老婆過來Taylor 食聖誔大餐, 本來打算24/12晚過來的, 侍應說24號晚會很多人來食和分時段, 經過和老婆商議後, 決定遲兩天再過來. 可以慢慢享受豐富的晚餐.在餐廳裏,  一定要 order生蠔. 這裏的生蠔是很fresh, 而且是live 的, 即叫即開, 食落去可以感受到不同生蠔的海水味和口感. 我們order 了美國Standard Pacific Rock, 愛爾蘭的 Majestic 和法國 Gillardeau, 可以試試不同國家生蠔的分別. 三款蠔來說, 我們始終都是鐘情法國的生蠔, 海水味夠重 .食完生蠔, 接下來就是Medium size 海鮮拼盤, 主要海鮮除了有龍蝦, 阿拉斯加蟹腳, 睡蟹, 法國熟蝦, 還有scampi. 老婆和我都很喜歡蟹腳, 夠多汁又有鮮味, 內夠厚. 睡蟹裏有我們至愛吃的糕. 還有來至紐西蘭的scampi, 肉質軟滑, 出面真是很少地方有得吃.吃完冷盤, order 了沙律. 老婆至愛吃沙律, 可以幫助消化. 叫了Shrimp salad, 因為我們都喜歡吃蝦, salad 裏的蝦正是海鮮併盤裏其中一個海鮮---
