I was attracted by their Fuji Donburi and Tenderloin Sandwich and came here. Their wagyu beef platter was attractive as well and we ordered the premium platter as well(I initially wanted to order the exquisite platter but changed our minds as we needed to save room for dessert)We were able to try the different parts and their flavor was strong with the right amount of fattiness. My favorite was the oyster blade. Both me and my friend thought the tongue was the most tough and our least favorite.

Roast Beef Fuji Donburi came next and it looked quite intriguing. The egg on the top resembled the sun and the runny yolk acted as the 3rd sauce for this dish. The flavor of the roast beef was intense and the two other sauce was a bit sweet which surprisingly matched this savory dish.

The tenderloin sandwich came just when we were eating our Donburi. By the time we ate the sandwich, it was unfortunately a bit cold and the toast lost the crunch (despite I ate my half of the donburi quite quickly). The tenderloin was also a bit thin but it was really tender indeed. Flavor wise, I enjoy their seasoning with a bit of pepper. I think they could have served this dish first and let us enjoy it before serving the Donburi so we can fully appreciate this sandwich.
