Walking through the security alley and up a dark stair, there you find Stockton bar.It's so dark and luckily a chef showed me the way.When you entered the bar after the reception area, all you can say is WOW!Many fancy bottles light up in the dark bar, decorations are cool, definitely a mysterious fun exciting bar.The staff gave us two menu, one is bar food, the other one is cocktail list with interesting quotes on every page.This time we came for food only, but realised they kind of serving bar

年紀漸大，煩腦續漸增加，終於明白為何很多人都喜歡在飯前或飯後喝上一兩杯杯中物，既可舒壓，又可與朋友聚下舊。雖然我還未到喜歡品嚐威士忌的地步，但卻喜歡由威士忌調配而成的雞尾酒。在這間開業只有數個月，裝潢取材自1890倫敦的威士忌酒吧，就會深深得到心靈的解放。這裡供應超過150多款來自蘇格蘭、愛爾蘭、美洲及日本的威士忌，不少在港仍是獨家的。如早前所說，還未到喜歡上獨自品嚐威士忌的地步，所以點上了以HM the King Scotch Whisky調製出來的【Brass Monkey】。酒味與酸味恰到好處，順滑入喉，更透出微微的雲呢拿香甜，雖然加入了威士忌，但只感到那份醇厚，卻沒有那份火燒搶喉的感覺。談天說地總要點下酒菜，這款【Scotch Egg】為最美味的香口小吃，以免治絞肉包著雞蛋來炸，製成外脆內嫩的質感，內裡的蛋黃仍處於流心的狀況，份外吸引，醬汁上卻用了辣椒粉來調味，突出了那份蛋香，微甜中帶上幾份辣勁。【Cracked Mud Crab】正好與Scotch Egg形成對比，清爽鮮甜。將苦白菜包著由泥蟹肉、牛油果及煙燻的凱撒醬汁拌合而成的沙律，不但感到蟹肉的鮮甜，更有微微的煙燻香，別有

曾有人說過年紀越大，口味會有所改變，特別在飲酒方面，會越來越喜歡香濃醇厚的威士忌，可是我對威士忌的喜愛仍然在未曾起步的階段，剛剛過了生日的我又是否需要開始轉變一下呢？位於雲咸街一個隱閉的門口，昏昏暗暗的藏著一條樓梯，到達門口一嗑，一位男士出來應門，他會詢問一番便會親自帶你進入，相當神秘。其實這兒是一間威士忌酒吧，裝修是取材自1890的倫敦，供應超過150款來自蘇格蘭、愛爾蘭、美洲及日本的威士忌。既然是一間酒吧，當然要點選一杯由威士忌調配的雞尾酒Brass Monkey，用上HM King，Compressed Citrus，Maca，Lucuma，Vanilla Gum ＆ Chuncho Bitters。酒味與酸味的平衡很好，入口順暢，從中更有微微的雲呢拿的香甜，雖然用上威士忌，但入口卻只感到它的醇厚，沒有那股搶口的感覺。先來幾款頭盤來送酒，打頭陣的是Scotch Egg，以免治肉包著雞蛋來炸，皮脆肉嫩，蛋黃仍是流心的，再配上辣椒粉調味的醬汁，微甜中帶辣，辣中帶甜，不分你我，必吃之一。另一款同樣是蛋，但卻用上鴨蛋的是Soldiers & Eggs。以鴨蛋慢煮成糊狀，再舖上一排排海膽，
