在金鐘工作已踏入第二個年頭,在金鐘的餐廳吃飯,每個月最多只有一兩次。的確沒什麼好吃,莫說是晚餐,就連在附近午餐都可免則免,只是有時候同事的聚會迫著要選些離公司不遠的位置用餐。直到幾個月前,Pacific Place 來個大翻身,把部分的零售店改作食肆。多了食肆未是喜訊的重點,重點是新餐廳的價位出奇地親民,吃個午餐由平均二百多變到一百多。嚐過泰菜餐廳Apinara後,輪到 the Petit Cafe 那邊新開的Commissary。本來打算來happy hour 而已,最後索性在這裡吃晚餐。食物份量不算袖珍,而且餐單裡有不少極其邪惡的comfort food,好讓我們盡情地大快朵頤,化疲累為食量! 和早前吃完白松露宴的208 Duecento Otto 一樣,屬JIA Group 旗下的餐廳。這集團的餐廳各有特色,總能在所屬菜系中做到differentiation,尤其是看過Yenn Wong 的專訪後,我更欣賞這位 restauranteur 在開新餐廳和營運上的心思和本領。Commissary 開在Pacific Place 4樓、對著酒店迴旋處的地方,其中1/3的座位是運用到這
