有個做廚既朋友介紹我依個胃食妹去食Fine Dining Dinner。話係米芝蓮二星兼英國星級名廚主理既Roganic。重點係價錢親民得黎而精緻好味,CP值高!/晚餐既tasting menu有$980或$680兩款。朋友話點後者已經夠飽,決定試試佢😗/sweetcorn tart清甜既粟米加超脆薄既撻身,唔錯。/truffle pudding 顧名思義係用松露製作成既蛋糕仔,一入口好鬆軟而口腔陣陣松露味道,幾得意。/soda bread and cultured butter 熱辣辣既梳打麵包加上麥片裝飾,質感似Scone同Muffin既混合體。從英國直送的軟滑牛油雖然睇落平平無奇但食落個口感係同平時食既與別不同,推推👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻/mackerel, apple, horseradish 本身小妹對魚係唔抗拒。不過依個鯖魚真係好腥,就算用佐sauce配埋一齊食,我都不了🤢/dill brined cabbage, teriyaki, wasabi著名招牌菜果然烹調方式都較複雜。用醃佐椰菜配照燒醬和特製芥末醬。椰菜質地軟腍,沒有太多味道,配上特調醬汁一齊食用,令質感層次豐富哂。/co

起初小妹係menu見到apple tart依個甜品覺得好唔吸引。因為我好唔中意食蘋果批個類有玉桂味,認為好臭,哈哈。雖不知,無玉桂味不特止個撻皮酥火香脆,軟腍,甜度都相當好。個雪糕係用杜松子整,淡薄清新,中和味蕾。果然係Roganic招牌甜品!

總括而言:餐廳橫裝modern得黎又帶時尚,而且帶點大自然氣息。而食物方面大廚用上有機食材。以不用千元就可品嚐到豐盛既Fine Dine,真係值回票價呀🤩
